Meet Club Management

Donald began his career at Foxfire in August 1997 as First Assistant Golf Professional. He was promoted to Head Golf Professional in October 2000 and named Director of Golf six years later. In December 2012, Donald was promoted to General Manager, responsible for all operations at Foxfire.

Donald has excelled as a teacher and manager. He received the “Junior Golf Leader” award from the Southwest Florida Chapter PGA in both 2004 and 2006. In 2008, Donald was recognized as the Southwest Florida Chapter PGA “Golf Professional of the Year.” He is a PGA Class A Member and holds a B.S. in Education. His home state is Massachusetts.

Victoria completed four years at Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University, where she studied public/municipal administration and management. Victoria also attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Victoria is a licensed CPA in Florida.

Prior to joining Foxfire in 2021, Victoria served as Director of Accounting for Moorings Park Communities. Victoria also worked for a national public accounting firm where she performed audits for companies in a variety of industries.

My career in hospitality started at the age of 16 as a server at a popular authentic South African restaurant in my hometown. After High School, I joined the International Hotel School in South Africa and earned my Diplomas in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management and Kitchen Management.

I came to America in 2009 and worked as an intern in the culinary department at the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples. I worked as a cook for 5 years at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon.

My career took off after working for Chef Ryan at Fiddle sticks Country Club as a Sous Chef. I became Executive Chef at a private community in Estero, 2 years after joining Fiddle Sticks. Then I moved up and on to be Dining Service Director / Executive Chef / General Manager.

I am originally from Minnesota and have lived in Naples, Florida for 32 years. Before I moved here, I was working at Rolling Green Country Club in the Accounts Receivable position. I have held several positions in many clubs here in Naples. (F & B Manager, Golf Shop Attendant, Bartender, Server and Administration/Office/Reservations.) I am an Electrical Engineer by trade and worked at Florida Power & Light for 15 years as well. It has been my pleasure to get to know most of you here and I look forward to getting to know all of you.

My culinary journey began while studying industrial engineering, where I discovered a passion for cooking. Within three months, I left engineering to pursue culinary arts, winning a "Promising Chef" award in my first year. This inspired me to study international cuisine and move to the U.S., where I worked as a sous chef and chef de cuisine at renowned Florida clubs. I later opened my own restaurant in Naples, earning recognition as one of Carla Hall's Top 10 Favorite Chefs in Southwest Florida. With over 11 years in the industry, I continually seek to expand my skills and innovate in the global culinary scene

Stephen joined Foxfire in November 2000 as Second Assistant Golf Professional. He was promoted to First Assistant Golf Professional in 2003 and three years later was promoted to his current position as Head Golf Professional. Stephen manages the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop and Cart Barn, oversees clerical functions and ensures efficient utilization of the golf course as specified by the General Manager.

Stephen has been a PGA Class A Member since April 2000. He is originally from Brooklyn, New York and has been a Naples resident since 1991.

Dylan was born in Franklin, WI. Dylan started playing golf at a young age and competed on his high school golf team in Greendale, WI. He attended the Golf Academy of America in 2017 and is a Level 2 Associate of the PGA Professional Golf Management Program working toward being a Class A Professional. He started working in the industry in 2018 at the Country Club at Deer Run. In 2019, he returned home to Wisconsin and worked at Buttes des Morts Country Club as the Second Assistant. He has been at Foxfire for 5 years now and is the First Assistant Golf Professional.

Hello, my name is Beau Baker, and I’m excited to be joining Foxfire Country Club as your new Golf Course Superintendent. I moved to Naples a little over four years ago and have truly enjoyed everything this beautiful area has to offer. Prior to joining Foxfire, I was part of the team at Grey Oaks Country Club, where we successfully elevated to club to a level of excellence. Before that, I worked in Key Largo at Ocean Reef Club, where my passion for the industry really began to take off. Outside of work, my girlfriend and I love to explore new foods and travel to exciting destinations. One of our most memorable trips was to her family’s homeland in Northern Italy, where we immersed ourselves in the culture and cuisine. I’m looking forward to making a positive impact at Foxfire and enhancing the member experience, both on and off the golf course, to create something truly special for all of you.

Gavin joined Foxfire as an equipment operator in 2008 and was promoted to Assistant Superintendent in 2013.

Gavin is originally from Upstate New York and is a graduate of Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communications. He began his golf career at Naples Grande Beach Resort in 2006. Before moving to Florida, Gavin lived on a family-owned tree farm for 14 years where his love for agriculture blossomed.

Greg has been running tennis drills and giving private lessons at Foxfire for more than 10 years. He has been teaching tennis for over 30 years and is a USPTA P1 professional. Additionally, Greg provides racket-stringing service to Foxfire members.
