Rental Property
 

The Foxfire Community Association oversees the transfers of member privileges to renters, but does not handle the rental of properties in the community.  All rentals are handled by the owners themselves or by real-estate or rental agencies.  A Transfer Form must be completed by the owner and the renter, and most rental agents have the necessary information to complete this process. Our rental list will help you find the right size property.
